Return Policy

If for any reason our product does not meet your satisfaction you have 30-Days from receipt of order to request a Return Request #. Any special orders, alterations, or stone changes to any items are Non-Returnable and considered Non-Refundable. Jewelry Boxes, Watch Valets & Men's Valets have a 10 day return policy. To return any jewelry item, fill out our online return request form or call us at 201-833-4248 for a return authorization #. On the form state the reasons for return, this will be emailed to our customer service, and we will authorize the return via email. Make sure the item is insured for the total cost. JewelElegance Inc. is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. Note: All Items must be returned in usable or refurbished condition. Note: Due to manufacturing processes Gold weight vary by weights may vary by 10% or below, the advertised size and weight.

Any item returned that was shipped with free shipping will have the refund reduced by the shipping costs incurred by JewelElegance.

Ring Size Exchange Policy

JewelElegance Inc. We will exchange 1-free ring sizing should the customer provide a wrong finger size upon order. Any additional Sizings will cost a minimum of $25.00 or 15% of the total cost paid, to cover our expenses.

One year limited warranty

Jewelry purchased from JewelElegance Inc. is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. Any item purchased is covered under our Limited 1-Year warranty for any natural defects. Normal wear and tear, are not covered. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Jewelelegance.com and for for the shipping charges back to you, including Insurance.
