If for any reason our product does not meet your satisfaction you have 30-Days from receipt of order to request a Return Request #. Any special orders, alterations, or stone changes to any items are Non-Returnable and considered Non-Refundable.  To return any jewelry item, fill out our online return request form or call us at 800-578-0038  for a return authorization #. On the form state the reasons for return, this will be emailed to our customer service, and we will authorize the return via email. Make sure the item is insured for the total cost.

 One year limited warranty

Jewelry purchased from JewelElegance Inc. is warranted for 1 full year against any manufacturer's defects. Any item purchased is covered under our Limited 1-Year warranty for any natural defects. Normal wear and tear, are not covered. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to Jewelelegance.com and for for the shipping charges back to you, including Insurance.
