Package Delivery
In the event a package is lost in transit Jewel Elegance must follow its
carriers guidelines for filing claims and therefore must wait for the carrier to
resolve the claim. If you choose not to wait until the carrier resolves the
claim the customer will be responsible for the new order as well as the order
still under investigation. This means you could be responsible for two orders.
If and when Jewel Elegance is reimbursed for loss the customer will then be
refunded less postage on the original purchase.
